Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

Users of MyAthlete may not:

• Input fraudulent race times or "Phantom PBs" to circumvent gala entry standards.
• Use the Intelligence & Communication suite to harass, bully, or distribute inappropriate media to club members.
• Attempt to "Scrape" or bulk-extract data from our Performance Engine or "Predict AI" models.
• Share login credentials to bypass "Scoped Permissions" (e.g., giving a coach access to a Treasurer's financial dashboard).

2. Data Integrity

You must not intentionally provide false DOB or Gender data, as this disrupts the Self-Healing Engine and affects the accuracy of age-group rankings for the entire club.

3. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension or termination of the Club's Subscription Agreement.
